I was trying to think of things to tell Kelsey so that she would actually give me a genuine smile. I think I crossed the line because I told her "would you smile if I told you we could buy a puppy?" This was her reaction. I then had to tell her that I was kidding. The next pic of her fallen face was not as cute as this one. I felt so badly!
Oh, oh - you got her really excited, but now what? Love the eyes and the colors! Hopefully, someday, she will be able to get that excited again and for real!
ReplyDeleteThat is too cute! Isn't it funny the things we do to gets our kids to smile for a picture the way we want them to? I usually end up bribing my kids with a trip to the dollar store. They LOVE that place!
